It’s been over a year since I joined, and I still wake up thankful for this team, this culture, and the flexibility that comes with working remotely. Having worked in startups before, I know how quickly things can shift, but leadership here has done an incredible job protecting the culture as the company grows. It’s grounded in humility, kindness, and trust, and that's rare.

- "Unlimited PTO" can feel a little vague, which can make you feel guilty when taking time off
- This is a startup. If you’re not comfortable wearing multiple hats or shifting gears quickly, it might not be the right fit (but if you thrive in this kind of fast paced environment this can be a pro!)
