Pros
- Fantastic employees, really helpful and enthusiastic - Plenty of responsibilities, become involved with a multitude of projects - Hands on, practical experience available (not just sitting at a desk) - Flexible working hours -Face to face client interaction, opportunity to travel around Europe to visit client sites
Cons
- Below industry standard salary - No real path for career progression - Too much disconnect with management and the actual labour force (listen to employees than just management staff) - Production staff have no real defined role, and can end up doing service work at the Drop of a Hat - Project managers can spend alot of time with "faffing" i.e. creating packing lists and packing the system themselves - No structured scheduling (place can be a bit chaotic) - Testing can be mundane
