Pros
* Working remotely is the best thing. There is no constraint of time, you can have your own time schedule and work at your best time. * The company takes your performance very seriously, I joined as a part-time employee but ended up converting it in full time within 3 months of my start. It also analyzes your performance and gives feedback accordingly. * The CEO Rudy is very helpful and ensures a good work culture is maintained in the company.

I'm in favor of the solar market and companies investing in solar energy, but this firm was hopeless.`
Cons
too many to list....constant assignment / re-assignment / re-direction of tasks before the first was complete. Assignment of tasks to people not qualified to complete them. Disorganization, squabbling between CEO and president, dishonesty from CEO about relationships between people on advisory board, promises made and not kept (and then lied about having made)....
