Pros
The pay is fair and the actual employees are generally nice. You do get off a bit early on Fridays but you've already put in the long hours Mon-Thur.
Cons
I am 100% convinced that the positive reviews are being written by HR & MGT because that place is a mess. If you're just starting out in the industry and looking for a foot in, then you can go there but do not expect a career job. They say a lot of nice things to you but they are just words that mean nothing. Anyone is disposable without any notice or warning. They don't even try to coach you or point out ways you can improve- they just throw you in and dispose of you later (and all the while telling you how great you are)! The turnover rate is ridiculous. I mean there's a new employee every couple of months!Benefit is crappy & expensive.
