Pros

In my opinion, the public rating of this company does not reflect the actual employee experience and feels highly misleading. Based on my experience, I would not recommend joining this organization. The work culture, management behavior, lack of support, and unhealthy environment can seriously affect both your professional growth and personal well-being. I would strongly suggest candidates do proper research and speak with former employees before making a decision.

Cons

My experience at this company was deeply disappointing and mentally exhausting. The positive ratings seen online do not accurately reflect the actual work culture, as employees are often encouraged or pressured to leave favorable reviews. The management lacks empathy and professionalism. Employee concerns are rarely heard, and instead of support, there is often blame-shifting and intimidation. Female employees, in particular, may feel uncomfortable due to the threatening communication style and lack of psychological safety in the workplace. The environment is heavily influenced by internal groupism. Long-term employees operate in close-knit circles, making new hires feel excluded and unsupported if they are not part of those groups. Collaboration and inclusivity are missing from the culture. There is little to no structured training or onboarding. Employees from diverse professional backgrounds are hired with high expectations but are not given the guidance, documentation, or mentorship needed to succeed. Many promises made during hiring and onboarding are not fulfilled later. Work-life balance is extremely poor. Weekend work and extended hours are normalized, and employee burnout is ignored. Over time, the constant pressure and lack of support can seriously impact mental and physical well-being. I would strongly advise candidates to thoroughly research the company culture before joining, especially if they value professional growth, respectful leadership, learning opportunities, and a healthy work environment.
