      Just a staffing company

      Pros

      If you are a valuable resource with a billable contract they will bend over backwards to try and keep you because of the constant staff turnaround.

      Cons

      This is a typical staffing company for government contracts. There is no staff loyalty, career growth, or business strategy. Day to day management of the client and projects is non-existent

      Miserable place to work. Don’t do this unless you know someone… who knows someone. Nepotism is the name of the game.
