I am given clear goals and guidance on how to execute them. Love being able to work remotely as it supports my busy lifestyle. Management is very understanding and set expectations within reason. HanaByte wants employees to be able to enjoy their life outside work which makes the working hours much more productive and meaningful.
Cons
Not much of a con other than being a smaller size company; however, we did expand to double the size in a year. The expansion process is very strategic so response regarding employment may take a week or two.
