You have a lot of freedom to do what you want and learn. Most of the team is nice.
Cons
Management will not have your back when it comes down to it. Training is lacking to nonexistent. Certain higher-ups will gatekeep their knowledge leaving you blind to figure it out. They offer the VERY bare minimum when it comes to a wage.
The environment is friendly and welcoming. The managers give plenty of time for training and try to support your individual areas of interest. The work is varied and the techs are cross trained to be able to support a large proportion of IT encountered in the role.
