- Opportunity to work on high-level of sporting events without experience - Operators are good to work alongside

Cons

- Failure to honour pay rises - increased workload/responsibility for trainee pay - Zero recognition of individual performance - no motivation to go above - Out of touch management (can border on rude with some) - Skimp out on equipment at cost of operator expense (leading to critical issues)
