    Pros

-Travel the world -Be part of Live Professional Sport -Flexible working when not at a sporting event.

    Cons

-Very inexperienced team at all levels -High rates of turnover -Very low salaries -'Progression' offered is in title, responsibility only -Intimidating atmosphere -Can be left to your own for weeks on end (some may see this as a perk!)

    Advice to Management

Start caring about the many employees that leave this job without having any other offers on the table and put more effort into improving the company culture.
