Pros
As a fresher I learned a lot here as there we get a chance to work on multiple projects and that too not repeated. So every time we need to face a new challenge. Also, we get a chance to interact directly with the clients. You can directly reach out to the CEO sir in case of any issues.
Cons
They ask for the original mark sheet. Although I see that at the time of requirement, they return back without making any excuses. As such not a con but sometimes most people are afraid to provide. However, I did not face any issues when I asked for the mark sheet HR provided me the marksheet the same day.
