      You can independently own the entire sales cycle.

      Must be able to research, prospect, cold-call, and have excellent time management skills to meet monthly goals.

      Pros

      Co workers are incredibly amazing! It was always a fun time to be in the office, when certain people were there.

      Cons

      I was promised things when I first got hired in and I never saw it. Money was taking out of my sales without explaining to me beforehand. Management really cares about the success of the employees who have been there longer, but didn’t seem interested in the newer employee success.
