Cons
The company has existed for nearly 10 years but has not managed to grow, find a stable market, or achieve an acquisition. Leadership lacks clear direction and frequently chases new “shiny” ideas without proper research or long-term planning. As a result, an already small team is expected to build, maintain, and market multiple products, none of which are developed to a high standard. There is a confusing mix of outsourced work, US-based remote staff, and a constant rotation of contractors who repeatedly rebuild the same systems every six months. The work environment can be quite toxic due to a few problematic individuals, and these issues are not effectively addressed. Overall, I cannot recommend this company to anyone unless it is truly a last resort.
