Pros
1. Supporting team that stands by you no matter what. They are there to help you out all the time. No questions asked. 2. Plenty of room to grow and enjoy doing what you like to do or even learn things and maybe you will find things that you like here. 3. No petty issues regarding compensations, leaves etc. Deliver and enjoy freedom as it should be.
Cons
1. Unnecessary long meetings. 2. Sometimes force of markets take over force of common-sense logic when it comes to decision making. 3. Freshers and juniors should be ready to get some proper heat. If you can bear with it you will be a better person on the other end.
