- disorganized - toxic management. would spread false narratives about employees, no support, wouldn't learn the names of their employees (always getting people mixed up in such a small company), breach of privacy (sending private employee info to the wrong people), management and HR are dismissive - no clear direction of the product - no one is accountable for anything - underpaying market rate
