Pros

They care about their employees. Easy job too. Mostly answering emails (templates are also given, you just have to edit out some stuff), only doing around 20 calls a day. Great bonuses and incentives. HR people also takes their time to make sure you're okay, they call every now and then to check in.

Cons

Salary is a bit low.

Pros

This is a great place to work because the people you get to work with are amazing, meritocracy is practiced, and regardless of your post or your tenure in the company, your thoughts matter. The human resource department has supported new hires and tenured employees with the utmost care. The pay is excellent too. As an employee, it feels great to know that the company that the company encourages to have a life-work balance

Cons

Being with the company for a very short time I don't see any cons.
