Task is easy but difficult to step up

Cons

Better salary but still low. no Govt benefits. No extra allowance for internet etc. No work life balance. Difficult to approve PTO. And PTO's are not convertible to cash. Lots PTO's wasted.

Pros? I think it's just because of the great TL and trainer aside from that, everything is crap!

Cons

ALOT! But let me start with the monthly pay of $540. Yes $540 only and you get it every month. What's worse is that if it gets delayed HR and accounting will blame it on your bank. PLAIN STUPIDITY!!!How can you pay your bills on time when you haven't received your pay of, again $540. Then they will remove you because you were unable to pay your electric and internet bills. And because you haven't received your pay of, again $540.How pathetic!
