I’m really impressed by the positive atmosphere, strong team spirit, and genuine commitment to diversity. The company truly values people from different backgrounds, creating an inclusive and open work environment.
Cons
As with any fast-growing start-up, things can move very quickly, and priorities can shift at short notice. This can be challenging at times, but it’s a great opportunity to improve problem-solving skills. Also, while the fast-paced environment is exciting, it might not be for everyone. You need to be comfortable with change and juggling multiple tasks.
