      My first year at Highrise Financial has been a great privilege. As an after-hours agent, I learned to work independently with minimal supervision. The training and guidance from supervisors helped me gain confidence in my role. I also appreciate the supportive and friendly work environment.

      There were times when working independently was challenging, especially during busy periods. Communication can sometimes be improved for better clarity and efficiency.

      You're empowered to make your own decisions and the people are supportive of growth and creativity. They encouraged you to solve problems independently but is always open to lending a hand and to feedbacks. What I like a lot is the autonomy without micromanagement
