Pros
They're a great company to work for! The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back. Management, both mid and executive, listens to suggestions and offers constructive feedback.
Cons
The office is set up with cubicles, so there's not much privacy. You are allowed to take phone calls outside or in the conference room, however.
