Pros
Great manager and co-workers as well as a normal 8-5 with Flex Time.
Cons
Very low pay, raises only if the company does okay for the year, no bonuses at all, and the benefits are unaffordable if you have a spouse or family to cover. Oh, if you do receive a raise, it only covers how much the medical insurance increased that year so it’s basically like you didn’t receive a raise. And you can only move around (departments) within the company, no opportunities to move up the ladder.
