      Good company vibes, decent projects, nice Belgrade office. Good communication with the management. Contract and full-time agreements are possible.

      Cons

      Recent layoffs, without any support for finding a new client or being on the bench in the company. Depending on the team, small or no salary increases over the years.

      - They are requiring people to visit offices each time when clients are there but don't want to refund expenses - During interviews they said that role is remote with 2-3 yearly visits to the company, turns out visits are every second month and role is hybrid - Heavy on meetings - Average employees, no place to grow - Typical outsourcing company - Very unsupportive and slow administration - Very slow paced projects
