Management constantly blames the staffs, will not listen to any advice as it will be taken as an "attack".
Good exposure to field operations and sales processes. I gained hands-on experience in customer handling, teamwork, and improving communication skills. The role also helped me build resilience and learn how to manage fast-paced tasks.

Limited structure in certain processes and room for improvement in management alignment and workflow clarity. Workload and expectations can sometimes be inconsistent depending on assignments.
