Pros
Best pay around the lake, and a great environment, with really cool people. Its Always a chill and laid back environment working here, and pretty easy to work your way up. Plus you get to ski for free.
Cons
Seasonal work only, you can sometimes move departments to continue working in the summer. Holidays can be hectic, so be ready for that. You don't get as much skiing in as you would expect, lost of holding beginners hands who can barely stand on their own
