Pros
Hope Rising truly cares about their clients, employees, and volunteers. I have never worked in such a positive and uplifting environment with staff. It truly is like a family. I also have never had such a rewarding job. Hope Rising truly meets clients where they are at, helps them however they can, provides as many resources as they can, and if there are resources they can’t provide they help clients find them.
Cons
Hope Rising can seem a bit disorganized sometimes, but I have heard that is pretty common among non-profit organizations. The communication between the centers and between departments was lacking sometimes.
