      company culture is held up by the extended team.

      Let me put this in point form: - Absolutely abysmal leadership from the CEO. - CEO has no sense of direction. - You will always be set up to fail. - CEO has absolutely no idea how to sell. - Pay structure is the equivalent of minimum wage. - CEO is more obsessed with noise pollution than helping his employees. -

      Easy to get job, Free training, Free pizza once a week.

      -Long probations to avoid benefits -Inexperienced and self-centred management. -No scheduled routine or breaks. -High employee turnover, more pressure on other employees. - Very less scope of growth. -No HR department to hear employee issues, instead bouncing problem from person to person.
