Where do I start... an arrogant, over-controlling CEO and an archaic, Machiavellian-style leadership. Under-resourced and poorly-organised. Senior execs seem to lack knowledge and capability to effectively manage their teams. HR staff on a power-trip with the wrong priorities who aren't there when you need their support. Staff treated like robots with no empathy from senior management...it's all about the KPIs. Long hours expected, poor work-life balance due to high work loads and expectations that calls or emails from execs will be responded to on weekend, public holidays, annual leave etc. Middle management not trusted by senior execs to be able to make decisions they are more than capable of. Unethical behaviour by certain execs. Bullying and intimidation by execs and HR.
This has all created a highly toxic work environment with very poor morale. Seriously, DO NOT work at this company, I cannot emphasize enough the negative impact this place had on my mental health.
