      Pros

      The team at HotelMap are lovely to work with and the flexibility of remote working is great for helping with a good work/life balance. The start-up environment means there's always something new and interesting to work on and it's great to be so heavily involved in the creation of new products and innovations.

      Cons

      It can be quite fast-paced with lots of different projects which might not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Great office and location. Work from home flexibility is a great bonus. Coworkers are all friendly and helpful. Management are attentive and enthusiastic. You are given the freedom to pursue your project without metrics, bureaucracy, or other arbitrary hurdles.

      Cons

      The office is often empty as so many work from home which can sometimes make work feel lonely.
