      Pros

      Since the merger with BAMKO, I feel like I work at a completely different company! The culture is awesome and I really feel like I'm part of a team that appreciates me.

      Cons

      We have had some changes in process that has made things more efficient, but I would like to see more processes updated and changed now that we're part of BAMKO.

      Love this company and the team I work with. No micromanagement and they trust the person to do their job. So happy I made the decision to work here.
