Pros
- If UX is your thing, this is a good place to start your career (usually no experience needed) - Big clients in different sectors - Atmosphere among junior colleagues is fun
Cons
- Time in between projects can be very long. They have you fill this time with menial tasks and/or self study (which sounds good but gets tedious fast). - Very strict and hierarchical structure + management does not accept feedback - Uninspiring offices
