Pros
Good idea for new technology but the actual use of the equipment is extremely complicated and flawed. This company good be very successful in 5-10 years but Essilor will never allow them the time to seed their product in the market that long.
Cons
With Essilor taking over and steering the company into 10 different directions the future of this company looks bleak and upper management has no idea how to please the new owners other than raising the prices of their equipment.
