      Great team filled with brilliant and very capable people, great benefits and fair compensation, flexibility, autonomy, fast paced.

      Cons

      The time zones are occasionally difficult or inconvenient, but not a big hindrance.

      - dynamic working environment - young spirited team with occasional after working hour activities - low hierarchy - open for foreigners - approachable management

      Cons

      - extreme staff turnover - hardly any training of employees - sub standard scientific quality - wages as in local academia, hardly any benefits, private insurance required - outdated technologies - messy wet labs, no SOPs, poor documentation

      -Young group with fresh energy -Few approachable staffs -Some employees have decent idea -Located at Biopolis, well connected -selection procedure was quite fast compared to other companies

      Cons

      -no prior training given to any employee -ownership not given, feels just like a pair of hands -lack of communication from senior staff -most employees don't know what they are working for! No big picture provided. -biased attitude towards employees
