Working at Hydrite has truly been a breath of fresh air. From day one, I’ve felt supported by a team that is not only invested in my success but also committed to helping me learn and grow in my new role. That level of support has made a meaningful impact in just my first few weeks. During the interview process, it was clear this was a company I wanted to be part of. The culture and strong family history really stood out, and that has proven to be accurate now that I’m here. Hydrite genuinely cares about its employees and encourages ongoing development something that feels rare and sets the company apart. There’s a strong sense of collaboration and pride in the work being done.

Pros

You will never be short on work to complete. You will be pushed into running samples and tests you have never seen before and quickly become an expert on everything.

Cons

Everything. I cant go into further details for the sake of my job if someone finds out, but you better believe I will have a novel to update here. One of these days, someone will die here. They like to say safety is a primary concern, but it is not. Dozens of people were hospitalized this month at one of our facilities because the safety measures all failed. This is the only place I have ever worked that I have a legitimate fear of death coming to work every day. The pay is about 8 thousand less than other companies in the area.
