"Run, dont walk! Stay far far away!"

    Pros

You get an hour lunch. The
pay is almost on par with other companies in the connector industry but thats to entice you to stay and to put up with the politics and terrible management.

    Cons

The executive management team needs a complete overhaul from the top down. They have poor ethics and horrible decisions are made on a whim. No consideration for the workers on the floor. Terrible managers are just kept in their position for years or decades and no retraining or corrections are made for their mismanagement. People are fired all the time for stupid reasons. They suck at hiring so there is an unbelievable amount of turnover. The employees have a game they play to guess who will quit or get fired each week! No stability. Its the managers against the little people, who have no voice. Jobs outsourced to Mexico. People are afraid to speak up to management because they are afraid they will lose their jobs. Very stressful environment and its all about margin and screwing the customer.

    Advice to Management

Fire all managers from the top down amd start fresh! "Crap" runs downstream.

    Pros

    The employees are hard working

    Cons

Toxic and unprofessional culture, the top executive management team likes to scream loud to the employees to get the work done.

Definitely NOT the right attitude or approach to motivate the employees….

    Advice to Management

Change the attitude and be professional in the workplace. Show your respect to everyone.

    Pros

This is a great place to work for at the local level. There are many bright, hard-working people and there is a real collegial atmosphere.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the parent company is taking greater daily control with increasingly top-down, politicized and poorly-communicated decision making. Greater "integration" with the sister companies is making the place dis-functional.

    Advice to Management

Return autonomy to local management and trust the people closest to the customer.

    Pros

    You get your own desk
    Lunch is an hour
you can make colored prints and copies

    Cons

Good, hardworking people barely get recognized.
Some of the managers have no managing skills.
    They are cheap, cheap, cheap!
Too many high up positions, too little of the little people.
No chance for growth unless you've got a buddy in the system.
People are very secluded and don't interact with you unless you engage with them first.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and really look at the employees who work hard and some who hardly work.
