      C level lack vision and experience. CEO is unable to motivate and prefers to manage by berating employees. CEO has selective memory and a poor grasp of managing the room.

      Great Technology and People, Experiencing Growing Pains

      Pros

      Relaxed, family-friendly office located in Yaletown, just minutes from Skytrain. Lots of passionate people work here and the software we're building is challenging and exciting. Beers on Fridays, subsidized gym membership, casual dress code, and good health plan benefits are some of the perks.

      Cons

      Growing pains including lack of processes in some areas. Resources are stretched thin.
