      - Everything will go your way as long as you have a good standing with the CEO.

      Cons

      - Very biased CEO - Don't be surprised if you deliver on a task and the requirements change after delivery and you're yelled at for delivering work which wasn't required. - Constant Lies about raises. - Extremely manipulative management, - Verbally abusive CEO when it comes to work. - Will require you to perform tasks outside of your JD.
