        Cons

Local management speaks disrespectfully to employees. You will struggle to even get your 40 hours every week. I have been working at IES Communications full-time for more than 5 years

        Pros

Got hired entry level, after 2 years learned most what was needed to pull, terminate, test and trouble shoot cable. But only got slap in the face raise. Doesn't take long to see that you're worth more than these guys ever give.

        Cons

Want want want but no return favor.

          Pros

Interesting people and consistent work. IES has long term contracts that give plenty of hours and even Overtime is available.

          Cons

Raises are rare and employee benefits don't grow for years. Advancement within the company is slow even when pushed.
