Long work hours and low corporate image

Very much run from Korea with a lack of respect for non Korean nationals in senior positions. While they have the resources and ability to do everything perfectly, head office will always push for the lowest cost Korean supplier for components, even when better, higher quality alternatives are available with better quality, and a willingness to mislead customers. Despite poor quality control systems, many plants make outstanding parts.
