      Pros

      IMRIS offers amazing benefits and opportunities to connect with teammates. A flexible work schedule with an opportunity to work from home is also appreciated. Love the small company atmosphere, where you can really get to know your co-workers. The work that IMRIS does makes a difference in the lives of patients globally, and that is meaningful.

      Cons

      Location can be a challenge in hiring, as Chaska, MN is not a hub for medical device.

      Company went through a bankruptcy recently and recently just went through a reduction in work force. Management was not involved in who was laid off. Frequent and often volatile turnover of staff.
