Salary and benefits were good. Fairly new company. Management had experience with successful midstream oil & gas whimpering firms.
Cons
Management failed to control field personnel's wasteful spending and train inexperienced employees. This resulted in cost overruns, QA/QC issues that deteriorated the company's reputation in the marketplace.
