      Pros

      You have many oppurtunities to grow in your work and internal training is excellent. They have professional engineers that are motivated to support any employee 24/7. You will have chances to travel abroad to other offices or clients to work on location to participate in projects or fixing other issues at hand.

      Cons

      Not a con but employee needs to be flexible with working hours to be on call to travel after hours to nearby clients or other countries. The extra hours will be paid and they facilitate accomodation and daily compensation for food etc.
