      Pros

      Great job, high caseload, received no training from admin, only from the other evaluators whom were all magnificent. The full time evaluators were all overworked but still took time to train me.

      Cons

      High caseloads, no training on the district level. My part time evaluator position was cut due to funding despite the full time evaluators asking for the position to remain or to add another full time evaluator.
