Can offer you better career opportunities if you are willing to go above and beyond
Cons
Little to no flexibility and will hold any flexibility they give you over your head, but expects you to be flexible and go above and beyond
Nepotism and favouritism
Average wages and benefits
Highest turnover I’ve ever seen. Poor management by people with huge egos. Will work you to the point of burnout while telling you that you aren’t doing enough. People crying at their desks or in the bathroom was a fairly normal occurrence. Perks are oversold.
