The Wages are pretty adequate. You can make your way up in this company if you form a relationship with the family members.
Cons
Favouritism, mistreatment of employees, alarming turnover rates, harassment from the HR department itself, and the managers. Avoid if you are looking for a company that supports equal opportunity. Entry-level employees should be extra careful when working here and know their rights, or else you will be taken advantage of. The "wellness program" is actually a cross-fit boot camp, so nothing special to help deal with all the egos upstairs.
