Pros

The company is undeniably successful and dynamic—deals move quickly, and being part of a top-tier global player in copper concentrates feels exciting, especially with the buzz around energy transition projects. Management at the senior level knows their stuff; they've built a solid network across 80+ countries, And experienced colleagues who genuinely want to mentor juniors. The international exposure is a huge pro too—virtual team huddles with Asia and the Africa keep things varied, and there's real potential for career growth if you hustle and build relationships.

Cons

The culture rewards aggressive personalities but leaves quieter team members feeling sidelined.

Pros

Salaries have increased to market rates

Cons

Toxic atmosphere, too much power given to HR (known to bully employees), indecisive and sadly in some departments completely incompetent management. This is reflected in their extremely high staff turnover
