The international exposure is a huge pro too—virtual team huddles with Asia and the Africa keep things varied, and there's real potential for career growth if you hustle and build relationships.

      Toxic atmosphere, too much power given to HR (known to bully employees), indecisive and sadly in some departments completely incompetent management. This is reflected in their extremely high staff turnover
