Firing- I saw firing of few people in 2017. Once the project is completed then some people are fired. They will fire you once the project is completed. Boring work - Most of the times you will be just comparing two XMLs to find differences between them. Baniya culture - They will suck your blood. Even if for one minute you change screen on your monitor, You will be complained to the HR. No hike - Expect only 100-200 rs hike during performance bonus. No compensation off - You will not get any compo off if you work on Saturday or Sunday Late night work No medical insurance Extreme work pressure
