Eric needs to go for anger and people management classes & Norman needs a higher self esteem and proper accountability. They can opt to have a professional manage the company for them because clearly they are ill equipped. Clients dread talking to Eric because of his obnoxious personality and I know it's too late for him to change considering his old age.
