      - very low salary - Unprofessional HR -Unprofession CEO (A man child who frequently loses his temper at his employees - his personality totally does not fit a CEO position)

      Pros

      Ideyatech will give you so many learnings that you will be able to use later on in your career. It has a competitive environment (in a good way) that will allow you to work harder. It also has great culture that allows for a collaborative workforce. Ive met great colleagues in this company as well.

      Cons

      Their employee benefits could improve but I appreciate that the management has been doing somethinh about it albeit little by little.
