      Great learning experience: working on different projects in different industries is definitely helpful. Excellent training ground for basic skills

      -Opportunities to learn new skills -Good for beginners who have thick skin -Willing to hire people with minimal experience

      Cons

      -Executive is involved in every aspect of the company which slows processes down to a near standstill -Extreme micro-management -Excessive displays of favoritism within the company (in regards to pay salary increases, placing blame on failed projects, recognizing contributions to successful projects) -Salaries are drastically below industry average -Executive is verbally abusive -Very hostile work environment, most employees are under extreme stress

      Pros

      Geographical location of the office is good. Lots of nice restaurants, great weather. Office lay-out is fine. Some employees are friendly, but not all.

      Abusive working standards Long hours, low pay Intangible criteria for salary increases, if any Personality disorders abound Pretentious, double-face, and unprofessional environment
