    Pros

Good people that care about products and others, good location and reasonable salary

    Cons

Management micro managed and did not let employees "think outside the box". If one had a different idea from management, this was frowned upon

    Pros

There is a wide variety of resources at your disposal to train and grow.

You can make your own schedule and work for yourself.

    Cons

It is a very sales centered business model and one can feel a little alone if you are new to the structure.

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Potential to quickly make your investment back.

    Cons

    Start up costs.
You have to get in while the getting is good.
    Quickly saturates the market.
Your sponsor will keep calling you if you decide to quit because he or she will be losing money if you leave.
You pretty muck have to buy the website for $24 dollars a month which after a few months ate up the money I made in the saturated market that I'm in.

    Advice to Management

I'm sure the managers don't need advice, the system worked for them.
