      Nothing as far as I worked

      It is fundraising company .They will initially hire you and say salary will be around 20k - 30k , later they will say if you collect 15 funds we will make you as manager and all the lies they could . once a employee make 20+ funds , they will tell salary for each fund will be 100 rs . it is the worst scam company , don't fall in the trap.
